Return Policy

At DegitalImporium, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items requested after 7 days are not eligible unless defective.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Certain items (e.g., personal care, sale items, opened packages) are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp before sending items back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues if the item is available in stock.

  • Any price difference must be covered by the customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours with pictures or videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
