1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is any significant delay.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We deliver orders across Pakistan using trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, and others.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping on certain promotions or when your order exceeds a specific amount (e.g., orders above Rs. 5000).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s system.


5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing an order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with clear photos or videos.

  • DegitalImporium is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.


7. International Shipping (Optional)

If you plan to ship outside Pakistan:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–20 business days).

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
